What is a Standard Auction?

Bids placed on items will be visible to other bidders. When the auction is over the highest bidder is the winner (no live auction).

What is a Sealed Auction?

Bids will not be visible to other bidders. At auction end, the highest maximum bid wins the auction.

What is a Sealed Ranked auction?

Your bids will not be visible to others, but you will be able to see how your bid ranks against other bids - whether it's the first (highest), second (next highest), etc.

What is an Outcry Auction?

Online bidding is not allowed for this type of auction - all bidding must be done at the event.

What is a Make Offer Auction?

Bids of this type are considered offers - the highest bidder is not guaranteed to win the lot or item.

What is an Online Outcry Auction?

A standard online auction which ends twelve hours prior to the outcry event. Winning bids from the website will be used to set starting bids at the event. The winner of the lot will be the highest bidder, whether the bid was made online or at the event.
